Our fleet of 13 FARO Quantum S arms are the right tools for a wide variety of measurement jobs. The ability to laser scan means we can capture the smallest details on the largest parts. Being portable, we can bring them to you saving you time and money.
RX Solutions Easy Tom 150
Capable of accuracy and resolution of 4 microns (0.004mm/0.0002″) our CT scanner offers unparalleled access into parts and assemblies. With a working volume of 16″x16″x22″, we can accommodate the largest, and the smallest parts.
LK Altera M 25.15.12 L100
Our state of the art CMM has been outfit with Polyworks and a laser scanner giving us access to all of the modern advancements in measurement technology coupled with the accuracy and repeatability of a CMM. If your part fits inside of 100″L x 60″W x 50″H, we can measure it.
API Radian Laser Tracker
Excellent for long range accuracy, our API laser tracker is the only tool for large scale, precision alignment and diagnostics. Capable of measuring up to 130m, we’ve used it to measure everything from small machines on a shop floor to bridges and assembly lines.
FARO Quantum S MAX
The newest addition to our equipment list is the FARO Quantum S MAX arm. Offering the same flexibility and portability but with a new, high volume scanner enabling faster data collection on large parts.
Leica ATS-600 Laser Tracker
The world’s first direct scanning laser tracker utilizing LIDAR provides metrology grade scanning without an SMR. Also, capable of high accuracy measurement with an SMR. Measurement range of 80 meters. Useful for large scale scanning of boats, machines, aircraft, and others.
