On-Site PolyWorks® Training
Maximize your hardware and software investment
Through a combination of classroom-style education and hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to use PolyWorks software in conjunction with portable arms, laser trackers, or CMMs. We will train you using your parts or tooling so the lessons will apply to what you need to do every day and you can put what you’ve learned to work right away.
PolyWorks® Training Agenda
The training is fully customized to suit your application. It goes through a complete workflow, beginning to end, and covers:
— Managing files and navigating through the PolyWorks interface
— Defining a measurement plan and feature creation
— Aligning to a CAD model
— Collecting and using probed data
— Collecting and using scan data
— Reviewing, reporting, and sharing inspection results
— Multi-piece inspection
— Certificate of completion provided.

As authorized trainers, Diverse Dimensions has full access to all of the PolyWorks training resources. We have logged thousands of hours in PolyWorks and bring that knowledge to the classroom. As veteran metrology professionals, we also bring real-world experience to the classroom, as that is the best teacher of all.

Our trained Metrologists can quickly deliver a program to your specifications for you to use at your location with your equipment. We can also provide a 1-day, on-site tutorial to walk you through the program, set up automations, and make sure everything is working smoothly.
