A Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer who has worked in both corporate and manufacturing environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology and a master’s degree in quality engineering. He has an extensive background in product and process quality and has personally developed numerous training programs for the Faro Arm coordinate measuring machine. His use of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methods has resulted in a high rate of customer satisfaction. He continues to infuse Diverse Dimensions with his passion for quality and pride in workmanship.
Drawing upon a wide variety of experiences in the military and industrial, manufacturing, construction, and product development industries, Mark uses his problem-solving skills to identify root causes of many dimensional problems—including problems that others may have given up on. Mark is also an expert with Polyworks metrology software and Geomagic modelling software to solve almost any measurement problem.
With ten years experience specializing in Faro measurement using Polyworks and CAM2 Measure, Mike has expertise in completing thorough inspections as well as reverse engineering in a variety of manufacturing and automotive environments.
Mike has additional experience and proficiency in CAD programs, specifically Solidworks, as he spends his time focused on quality, performance, testing, inspection, research, development, and die work—all areas of expertise he is pleased to bring to Diverse Dimensions.
From manufacturing management to project organization and quality control, Bradley specializes in problem solving. He comes from a rich background of local industry experience and is known around the lab for his tech savvy. Root cause analysis and dimensional inspection are his favorite parts of the job. Bradley is a certified metrologist with proficiencies in Polyworks software, Faro and REX scanning technologies.
Jonathan joined the Diverse Dimensions team in 2015, bringing with him experiences in industrial sales and biomedical science. He has managed many projects for Tier 1 and 2 suppliers in the automotive and marine industries. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and skiing among other outdoor activities with his wife and frequently takes on home improvement projects.
Amos has strong industrial skills with a background in machine building and has worked with several Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs. His mechanical acumen and technical mindset have helped him become a proficient metrologist.
Amos is also experienced in Polyworks, including Polyworks’ Macro scripting language which enables him to meet clients’ custom measurement and reporting data needs.
Outside of the office, Amos enjoys building computers, riding motorcycles, and playing disc golf. His favorite aspects of working at Diverse Dimensions is the variety of projects and opportunities to help solve client measurement issues.
Josh is a certified metrologist specializing in Polyworks software at Diverse Dimensions. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and injection molding. Josh also brings to the workplace a previous background training in Auto-CAD and Soildworks software, along with training in mechanical drafting.
Derek was introduced to Metrology equipment through a vehicle project while attending Central Michigan University, and has been interested in portable measurement solutions ever since. Before concentrating on metrology fulltime, Derek held positions in Design, Engineering, and teaching SolidWorks which have honed his capabilities of solving customers measurement needs. When Derek is not measuring, he enjoys keeping old things with motors running and spending time outdoors with his family.
Tim has been working with 3D scanners and PolyWorks since 2000 and 2002 respectively. He worked for PolyWorks for over 10 years, training and supporting hundreds of clients to achieve success with their 3D measurements across many industries including automotive, aerospace, medical & consumer goods. Tim enjoys utilizing macros and scripting for automation and building new functions, and has written many thousands of lines of code. In his spare time, Tim is usually hanging out with family and/or creating artistic multimedia.
Before joining the Diverse Dimensions team, Mark was a machine builder for 15 years, and has an extensive background in automation and automation troubleshooting. Mark completed the apprenticeship program through Grand Rapids Community College and received his Journeyman Card for Machine Building. Outside of work Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and relaxing in the great outdoors during the summer months.
